About Macarena
Hello! I having been boxing for 5+ years, am a USA Certified Boxing Coach and have since then trained young athletes and adults of all ages. If you've never touched a boxing glove in your life, it's okay! I will show you the ins and outs of boxing paired with cardio that will make you feel great in the end.

I typically start the student by warming up whether it's by jumprope or smaller body weight workouts and after that we stretch and begin the training. Little by little I will increase the intensity with plenty of breaks if needed. For boxing I work the following with you: shadow boxing, mitt work, defensive/offensive strategies, posture training and heavy bag training.
For cardio/edurance training we work on: abs, legs (squats, lungs, jumps), arms (push ups, dips, etc.), cardio (running, jogging, jumprope, etc.) and more!
I workout with you so that you feel comfortable and are able to learn at the same time!
I've worked with people of all ages. I am currently training children ages 7-11 and young adults 20-25.
