About Sam
Hello! My name is Sam and I have been personal training for over 5 years. I started in college where I majored in Exercise Science. Since then, I have been able to coach one-on-one, in person, virtually, teach group classes, coach police officers in functional training, professional bodybuilders, and more. In addition to my degree and personal training certification, I also have a Corrective Exerise and TRX certification, as well as hundreds of hours of experience working with and learning from other professionals and doctors in the field. I love helping people use movement to increase the quality of their life, move better with less pain, and unlock the strength they didn't know they had.
I got started in college at University of Wisconsin Madison through their personal training course while I was majoring in Exercise Science.
Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from UW Madison
