About Fernanda
A Spiraling Body Studio, founded in 2004, is a unique fitness center located in Fairfield, Connecticut. Led by Fernanda Araujo, a former professional dancer and certified Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis instructor, the studio focuses on three-dimensional body movements to improve strength and coordination. The exercises, inspired by dance, yoga, swimming, and tai chi, are designed to reteach the body to move more effectively. The studio offers private exercise instruction, Gyrokinesis group classes, and even duet sessions. A Spiraling Body Studio is committed to promoting a healthier lifestyle by sculpting long, lean muscles and focusing the mind.
