About Giselle

I enjoy giving my clients results 7 different certifications in Personal Training geared to sever you and help you achieve your goals effectively and efficiently. Working with me you’ll learn, proper form, proper techniques, movement prep, motor skills, how to engaged & disengage your muscles, strength and mobility and strength core. During our initial assessment we will work using FMS techniques to develop your program during our initial assessment you'll learn what area we need to improve and together we'll create a program catered to your needs. The program will be filled with educational information on biomechanics and exercise and plenty for fun!!!! In a safe 99% sanitize!! Privately insurance upon request

My passion is educating my clients with information on a healthy lifestyle. I live to Train, I Train you to live 😁❤️💪🏼

In our initial assessment we learn the baseline of your fitness level. I then create a program and together going forward we decide on what works to improve your fitnesses level.

I have 7 certification geared to improve your fitness needs and rehabilitate you into shape/fitness.

About the lesson

We start by doing a physical assessment which requires some movement nothing excecive. Then we fill out a health questionnaire.

I typically work with women however I also train man.

I work a lot with moms and moms to be, being able to improve on how a recent mom moves again by enagaing core muscles and breathing techniques how I thought myself,gives me great satisfaction. Being certified in Post and Prenatal gives me the understanding on how the body changes before and after pregnancy and also helps me works with man whom suffer from Diastasis recti.
