About Danette
I provide professional life coaching and fitness training for weight loss, strength, endurance, health and wellness. Program design for beginners to advanced athletes is also available. I specialize in creating a plan specifically designed to your lifestyle so that your goals are easily attainable.
My passion for helping others succeed is beyond measure. I believe in a slow and steady approach to reaching your goals. I help my clients understand what they are doing and why rather than just giving direction. When the approach is to teach instead of dictate the results are positive and long lasting. Seeing my clients achieve lifestyle change brings me joy.

First step is advising me what your goals and limitations are so that I am able to assess my ability to help you. Then I will have you complete some paperwork to give me more information. I physician's clearance may be needed for specific medical conditions.
Secondly, we begin our program. I like to start simple and address concerns as they arise. Honesty is the best policy as we communicate and get to know what obstacles are hindering the client. Building a rapport with trust is key to success.
Progression continues until both the short term and long term goals are reached. At times they may be changed as the client learns more about their body, their needs and their abilities. Change is to be expected. Success will be achieved.
