About Rodney
Hey what's up! My Name is Rodney Lenon and I am a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and transformation specialist located in Hampton, Ga. My goal is to educate clients on how to combine proper nutrition with exercise to reach their desired fitness goals in realistic timeframes! I have been certified as a personal trainer for two years and I have successfully applied all that I have learned by dropping 130lbs to show my clients that I understand the process and I am with them the entire journey!
I enjoy helping people get real results in weight loss or weight gain and helping feel better because they have full control of their health!

First I met with a client and have a consultation to get straight to the point and find out what their fitness goals are and if we are a good fit for Eachother. Next we do a fitness assessment and if we are a good fit for Eachother and the client is physically able for training we schedule our sessions, the client makes payment to commit to the program and we get to work!
