About Amy
Hello, I have been in the fitness and health industry for over 16 years. I started out weighing over 205lbs and learned through fitness, nutrition, and support I can drop weight and srop to my lowest of 145lbs. I completed for 7 years in the bodybuilding industry in Figure. I am a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, spin instructor, TRX, bodybuilding, wellness coach and nutrition specialist. I am here to teach you what best for you when it comes to nutrition, learning your body and knowing what foods are good for you. I am here to push you through your workouts or guide you in a yoga session.

Because, I love helping people change to a healthy lifestyle and living a long beautiful life knowing that with support and guidance, I helped them achieve a goal in their life.
