About Melissa
I have a degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science with 30 years of extensive experience in training clients at all different fitness levels and ages.
I would greatly encourage you to speak to any of my clients that have trained with me over the past 10-20 years for references on my work.
Please contact me at (concealed information) to discuss options. I have several options for you to choose from. My home base is in Rice Village, but I train clients in home and remotely all over the US. Zoom has become a game changer.
