About Niana
Full body strength and conditioning training in circuit formation. You can choose between a 30 minutes and 1 hour workout. I am willing to travel to you, or you can travel to me at my fitness studio “BurnFit.” Facebook page is: burnfithouston and my personal training Instagram page is @niana_burnfit. I have been a certified trainer for 2 years now, I played varsity soccer all 4 years of high school and was a collegiate athlete at Sam Houston. I have been involved in sports since I was 3 years old and have been involved in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. I work with all ages and all fitness levels to help people reach their personal goals through fitness and nutrition.
