We are degreed and/or nationally certified for personal training, CPR certified, and insured to ensure that your workout is safe and effective. 19 years ago after graduating from college U started at a large gym and opened my own facility three years later.
Degree in Kinisiology, National Personal Training Certification, Certified Medical Exercise Specialist. Orthopedic Exercise Specialist. Certified Weight Management Specialist.

First day is an assessment and health history followed by program design, appropriate and specifically for the individual. Second workout we get started with cardio guidelines and resistance training. Workouts progression with each following session is subjective and based on how well the client is following through with their program.
Everyone from post rehab and chronic conditions to general health.
