About Tamara
My name is Tamara and I have been in fitness industry for over a decade working with individuals of all ages and fitness level. I am so passionate about health and fitness, and love helping clients improve their health and reach their fitness goals. I am certified in personal training, fitness nutrition and group exercise. My workout sessions are effective and efficient, focusing on clients needs and goals. I use also use my creativity to make every session fun and something that clients look forward to.
