About Francesca
Personal and group training has been a passion of mine for years. The reason I'm a good trainer isn't only because of my knowledge base but it's because I simply love people and love the work I get to do. I have high energy and am accommodating to any and all fitness levels, ages and abilities. My clients mean the absolute world to me!
I love helping others reach their goals and fall in love with fitness. I love to empower others and bring out the potential in everyone.
I'm a certified trainer through the National College of Exercise professionals. I have 6 years of training under my belt and am an experienced fitness studio manager and head trainer.

All new clients will first schedule a Zoom or FaceTime call with me for a consultation so we can chat about your goals and how I can best assist you. Following the consultation you will be able to book your first session. I always send reminder texts the day before your session! First session is always an assessment, working on proper form and beginning to do the exercises that are specifically tailored to your needs.
