About Leanne
I am a firm believer in “practicing what you preach” and I would never push a client beyond their limits and/or force them to do something I wouldn’t do myself. I have worked with clients on all realms of the health & fitness spectrum with great success. I have helped people develop better nutrition habits, reach personal fitness goals, and overall lead a healthier lifestyle. I understand people are on different levels and I meet you where you are when developing your program. There’s no such thing as a “cookie cutter” program with my training. I have been a personal trainer and coach for 3 years and am certified in multiple fitness domains including: ACE personal training, Crossfit Level 1, Crossfit weightlifting, etc.
