About Christian
Christian Cianfrani is one of LA’s top trainers with 15 years as a Fitness Professional and has been featured on CBS The Doctors. He is a former Army Aviation Commander and Physical Training Officer of over 10,000 soldiers. Christian is well known in Southern California for his knowledge of Exercise Science. He graduated from the National Personal Training Institute with a 4.0 GPA and earned his Masters Degree in Kenisiology.
Masters in Exercise Science, National Personal Training Institute, National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Functional Movement Screen, U.S. Army Physical Training Officer, and Program Director of Bryan University Fitness.
