About Juvon
I approach personal training from a holistic point of view that's empowering and realistic. I didn't get into personal training and empowerment coaching for the money I got into it to help people. GUPGETSOME is an acronym and our motto; "Get Up Press Generate Empowerment Through Spirit Optimism + Maximum Exercise." I've Trained every one from kids to adults to elderly, disabled and of course Obeast. I love working with people and helping them to be better people and pass it on to the next person. That's what having a facility means to me but I need as much clientele as possible before that can happen. I have a vision of a place where people can come and get better; not just the gym but a life-changing experience that is not based on religion our tradition but you and other people and their collective agreement on how to make people better.
