About Mary Anne
I am certified in many different aspects of fitness . I specialize in pilates may snd reformer. I also specialize in personal training especially with the over 50 population with regard to all types of fitness and have worked with people with cancer and Parkinson’s and ALS . I have been doing this for 27 years and still love it!
I really enjoy seeing the results that my clients achieve. Everyone has a different goal and I love helping them to get there.
