About Phil

Being a competitive bodybuilder & martial artist, so having the knowledge to motivate any one to get in top shape makes my service stand out. Along with 25 years of continual learning & working with others, results are guaranteed!

Health & fitness has always been my passion. The creator gave us these incredible bodies but we are not taught how to look after them. The number one cause of bankruptcy in the US is medical bills from mostly avoidable diseases. (even with insurance) How sad!! If you're reading this then gladly you may not be one of those people. A healthy body gives you peace of mind.

I have numerous certificates in the US and overseas. I was the president of the Australian Fitness Association & wrote courses for personal trainers back in the 1980s. I've given many lectures on health & nutrition.

About the lesson

I like to find out what my customers goals & needs are, then prescribe a workout & nutrional regiment that is easy & sustainable for their age, health condition & current lifestyle.

I've worked with children, seniors, special needs, professional & amateur athletes, injury rehabilitation, pre & post natal, actors, professionals in all fields. Whole families.

I would make sure they have the credentials & history of being a great trainer. I would also expect them to walk the talk. Would you take financial advice from a broke person? Being out of shape as a trainer is pure laziness, how do you expect that person to inspire you if they can't motivate themselves?

Recently took a heroin addict & turned him into a professional trainer & competitive bodybuilder. 3 years!!
