I am an athlete of 17 years and have my kinesiology degree from SDSU. I also have my ACE certification.
I am new to the Monterey area and am looking to build my clients ! Please refer my information to anybody that needs a free phone consultation 🙌🏽
I love seeing my clients transform their mindset about healthy living more than anything. Seeing them start to enjoy working out and fall back in love with themselves is by far my favorite part of training !
I started as a Level 1 Personal Trainer at 24hr fitness in 2014, but I have been in sports since a young age of 13. And have worked world class coaches and mentors for more than 15 years.
I have coached independently since 2014, servicing over 700 sessions and helping more than 200 clients and am driven to get to service 1000 sessions !
