About Michelle
I offer Women only Personal and small group training.
I work with all fitness levels and also guide you with nutrition choices. I keep the workouts fun and challanging and always changing.
I am a previous Les Mill certified Body Pump Class and I also taught bootcamp at Texas Fit Chicks.
