About
Hi, I’m Cristian, a personal trainer with over 2 years of experience helping people build confidence and consistency in the gym. With my degree in Exercise Science I’ve worked in commercial gyms, online coaching, and group fitness settings with a wide variety of clients, from older adults getting back into exercise, to middle-aged beginners stepping into the gym for the first time, to busy graduate students looking to stay consistent with their health and fitness goals.
My training philosophy is centered around building strong habits and mastering foundational movement patterns. I believe that once we create a solid foundation, we can build a personalized program that fits your goals, lifestyle, and experience level. Combined with consistent nutrition and accountability, we can work together to turn your goals into reality while creating sustainable results that last long-term.
