I have been training for 5 years now and have helped many individuals reach their goals and change their lives. I have a degree along with multiple certifications in Kinesiology and exercise science. I've also worked for many big name gyms like orangetheory, mountainside, etc.

Jeremiah is an amazing trainer. His workouts are challenging both physically and mentally. I learn something new from him all the time. I come away from the training sessions spent so I feel like I am making good progress. Very easy to work with. You will love working with him. He has a great demeanor and listens if a certain movement is causing discomfort. I would recommend Jeremiah if you are considering using a personal trainer/Coach.
