About Wes
I'm a mobile trainer and can bring all the necessary equipment for strength training, kettlebell training and kickboxing. I have a BS in Exercise Science and have worked with athletes from pre-teen to adult for 10 years.
In addition to personal training in kettlebells and kickboxing i offer health coaching, workouts for when you are not with me and if needed I can provide meal prep service for a fee.

I assess my clients over the phone and face to face to find out what their needs are. I bring all the necessary equipment and we can use their equipment as well if they like to use something specificially. I provide bodyfat analysis weekly along with weekly weigh ins. Meal planning and if necessary I can meal prep as well.
