About Will
Get a full training program written by me for the purpose of getting you stronger, fixing imbalances, and helping you move better. Get weekly check-ins for questions or concerns you may have. Get a monthly call(skype or phone) to go over how you believe the month went. Things that you did well during the month and how we can build on that for the next month. And also things that we could improve on for the next month. You also have to option to add nutrition coaching to this as well. Educating you, providing resources you need to achieve your goals.
