About Joey
I offer personal training and small group classes. I have been in the fitness industry for over 16 years. I have worked with all different fitness levels, from professional athletes to people with disabilities and injuries. I am passionate about my clients and love helping people. Let me help you reach your fitness goals! You won't be disappointed.
I love helping people get in shape! I am passionate about fitness and love changing people's lives through fitness and nutrition.
