About Kim
I have one of the largest Pilates studios in the city of New Orleans conveniently located right on the edge of Lakeview and Metairie. We offer Pilates, Barre, TRX, Mat, Yoga, and MELT programs. All of our instructors are coming from a solid Anatomy background and will train your whole body to get the most out of your time with us.
I love watching peoples bodies change and get stronger which in turn changes thier self esteem and confidence in thier lives. It's the most gratifying experience to see someone walk a little taller, and with less pain.
