Hot House YogaOpens a New Window. has been a staple in the Ormond Beach community for over a decade. In its new location, curator Shelly Kwiatkouski fashioned a space where one can participate in the rich beauty of yogic teachings and healing arts programming. Distinctive industrial chic décor blends the warm essence of community and the excitement of higher learning to create the ideal foundation for experiencing the craft of yoga and all its rich traditions.
Shelly, a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT500, YACEP with over 15,000 hours of teaching under her belt, has owns/directs her own thriving studio, Hot House Yoga in Ormond Beach, FL. Over the last 14 years, this fiery soulful studio has been her venue for which she teaches anatomy, alignment, detox and meditation workshops, beginners 200 RYT, advanced urban flow 300 RYT teachers trainings. Shelly is authentic, fresh, intuitive, occasionally inappropriate and educated. She is an animal lover on a mission to make a difference. One on one private yoga sessions with shelly provides a opportunity for more experienced students to refine their skills and gain access to advanced practices rarely taught in the classroom that may lead to great physical and energetic shifts. While offering new students an opportunity to develop a long term sustainable practice by addressing concerns such as injuries, therapeutics, energy balancing, and can even be used to transform bad habits, including postural misalignments and behavioural patterns.
