About Karena
Founded in 1999, ScolioPilates operates from Oxnard, CA, and surrounding areas. The studio is renowned for its private instruction in scoliosis, osteoporosis, neurological disorders, and golf conditioning. These four specialties reflect the acclaimed books written by owner and Master Pilates Instructor, Karena Thek. Not only does Karena deliver instruction locally, but she also travels globally to provide continuing education to other Pilates Instructors and Physical Therapists.
