About Ahmad
Hello, my name is Ahmad Pyett.
I been in the fitness business for over 15 yrs, any body can pick up a weight but not everyone know about performing the right techniques along with right form. I teach and show why and why not my clients should be doing thing when it comes to the body.
I love making a change in someone's life.
My dad was a bodybuilder, so I picked up the love for fitFitn from my dad.
