About Brandon
My service stands out because I take an individualized fitness approach to each and every one of my clients. There are many ways to get to your ultima goal and I am here to help you find the best and most effective path. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I enjoy helping people learn about fitness. It is the best prescription for the mind and body. Over the many years of staying active and working out I decided to take a step further and begin to help others in their fitness journeys.

My typical process when working with someone new is starting off by getting to know the client and all of their expectations and goals. Next I ask for a basic exercise assessment to measure the clients mobility and weak areas. After which I construct a staged fitness plan that progresses towards the clients goals.
