About Payton
I am a certified personal trainer who lives in Redondo Beach California. I grew up being very active, playing tons of sports and I have always loved fitness and nutrition. After an injury playing soccer I decided to dedicate my time to physical fitness and sharing my knowledge with others. I want to teach people how to help themselves and how to find the drive that I have to take care of my body. My instagram is @_Pcfit
I love helping people. I love showing people how amazing their bodies are even when they don't believe in themselves. I really enjoy having a good and personable relationship with all my clients, I don't just want to be someones "trainer" I want to be their friend too.
I am a Certified Personal trainer with NCEP. I am also a student studying Business Management.

When working with a new client I always go through the basic protocol. I will have them answer a few questions about their goals and fitness abilities. I will have them fill out some basic forms and I will have a workout ready to go! Most of the sessions are about an hour.
