I started training shortly after I left the military. Being that my job needed soilders to be physically ready for deployment, it has allowed me to enter this world of fitness. I love sharing my knowledge! Please use me as an stepping stone to start your fitness journey!

I've worked with all kinds of people from different walks of life! Im currently working with a few celebrities. Of course ive trained military personel, and also normal 9-5 personel. Children have their seperate plans with my training but nonetheless, Anyone can be apart of the Fitness Community!
