Over 32 years of knowledge, integrity, proven results and injury free clientele. Certified and former Marine Spec Op capable Raider. AAU vetted youth sports coach, former collegiate, semi professional athlete. Pelusofitness.com
I get the satisfaction of helping people achieve their goals and they feel better physically and mentally. As a professional since 1983, I have helped post rehab all different injuries and prepared clients for sport, military, regaining health, in my family owned facility.
Various certifications since 1983. World wide experience training with different professionals and masters from Bulgaria to Thailand. I trained with NFL strength coaches and top physical therapists at professional level. Trained pro MMA fighters from around world to condition them in strength and flexibility and cardio endurance.
