About Eric
My name is Eric Hine. I’m an ACE Certified Master Trainer with over 30,000 hours of hands on personal training experience. I’ve been involved in exercise personally for over 30 years, and professionally for over 20 years. I’m not someone who took up exercise casually and decided to make a living at it. I’ve spent my entire adult life living the lifestyle I preach. In that time, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching hundreds of people how to exercise safely and effectively, eat right, improve or over come injuries of all kinds, and achieve their fitness goals. I can help you too!
I've owned Newbody's for over 20 years. I've been doing this longer than some trainers have been alive. There isn't anyone out there with more experience...
