About Angelle
Motivating individuals and athletes to become the best version of themselves to obtain their goals
I started teaching when I realized I motivated people by what I was accomplishing
As a former decorated 3 sport Athlete, I have worked with and learned from some of the best trainers in their field. Their influence has lead me to what is now a career path in Athletic Performance and as a Fitness ambassador for the last 5 years, i am currently studying kinesiology at LSU and Will be working with top collegiate and professional athletes in the very near future
