About Rain
I love everything health and fitness! The most expensive thing your can have is good health. I love watching people reach their goals and become healthier and happier. I have been an athlete since I was in the 6th grade. I played basketball for Albion College and had a very successful career. I graduated with a degree in kinesiology (exercise science). I am very educated in the fitness department and just want to help people love fitness and feel comfortable in the gym.
I have a degree in kinesiology which is exercise science. I've been working out for 6 years now and was a collegiate athlete.
