My own gym is locally owned in University Place WA, our focus is to help clients reach their ultimate health goals. We provide Personal training for all levels and professional supervise weight loss program to assist you on your weight loss journey. We have personal gym space for you and your elite trainer to have one-on-one training.
Hello, I’m Kay Pich founder of My Own Gym. I am a certified elite personal trainer, nutrition coach, and weight management specialist. My main purpose is to help my clients get into the best shape of their life. I had a weight loss journey and goals I had to reach; I started off over 300 pounds and lost over 100 pounds. My weight loss path had its’ ups and downs. I have been guilty of yoyo dieting through the years of my weight loss journey. With years of trial and error I can help guide my clients to get to their goals with the knowledge I’ve gained throughout my journey. With motivation and dedication, we can accomplish any fitness and weight goal you desire by working together.
