Hey everyone!
I'm Jedi and I’ll be your fitness instructor. I’m really excited to get started and help you reach your goals—whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, boosting confidence, or just having fun and feeling good in your body.

I bring a mix of energy, structure, and support to every session. I’m all about creating a positive, encouraging environment where everyone feels motivated, included, and challenged—no matter your fitness level. You’ll work hard, but you’ll never feel judged. I’m here to push you, cheer for you, and guide you safely through every step.

I take fitness seriously, but I also know that consistency, mindset, and fun are just as important as perfect form. I’ll bring knowledge, creativity, and personalized coaching to help you grow—physically and mentally.
