About Austin
Not only do you get amazing 1 on 1 or small group workouts. You get home workouts made just for you! Nutrition is key to shaping the body the way you want and I offer two separate nutritional plans. Whichever one works better for you is the route we go.
Spending time with my clients. I get to build amazing relationships as well as helping them reach their goals.
I started training in 2010 during college
I have a bachelors in sports science as well as a masters degree.

I take the first session to get to know the client andtheir goals. Start slow to see where they are at and work on form over strength.
