About Ashley

I am very meticulous and attentive to detail when it comes to teaching my clients/athletes the emphasis of what they are to focus on and execute in their respective sports. I'm always excited and eager to help an individual improve, progress and achieve their personal goals!

*I am a track coach, of 7 years, at Ursuline Academy of Dallas.

*I have been a private coach for over 10 years.

*I've worked with former NFL linebacker, David Vobora, training athletes on every level of competition for strength and conditioning.

About the lesson

The first session is always one of observation. I analyze the students current abilities, their strengths, their weaknesses, and their all-around condition..then I personalize their workout program based upon their personal goals, both short and long term.
