I love it when we are working out and a client will say "oh I can't do that!" They give it a try and realize they are much stronger than they thought! Then through consistency we are able to make them stronger than they could have imagined, and they are amazed like "wow I've come so far!" Those types of life changing realizations are the best!!

He constantly motivated me every session. Even if I came in with tears of doubt, he was always there to reassure me. He really cares about his clients and was very focused making sure I did everything correctly. He modified any workout that I was having issues with due to my knees being in pain.
