About Shane
I like to help people achieve the fitness goals of their dreams. Unlocking the potential inside to build confidence and self-satisfaction, while also training hard! I am certified through the International Sports Science Association in personal training and basic nutrition. All training is tailored to your goals!
Certified through the ISSA and I am currently on track to finish my bachelors degree in exercise science, sitting at 94 credit hours at this time.
