About Charanjit

I am qualified professional Electrical Engineer with experience of 30 years in Power Transmission and Distribution Sector with expetise in Construction and O&M . Now taken retirement from active engineering job, I intend to teach, which has been my passion. My experience will help students to achieve their goal.

I started tuitions during my post secondary education as I had to support my parents for payment of my tuition fee. I kept it till my graduation in Engineering. Afterwards I got decent job and kept my passion of teaching by helping poor students in their studies.

I have been head student/ teaching assistant during student time and have been turtoring the juniors in order to support my tuition fee.

Apart from above i have been in training faculty in my Employer Company (PSPCL, Punjab, India a major Electrical Power Distribution Company wwith 7 million consumers) and have been volunteer teacher for poor students helping them in Maths and Physics subjects.

About the lesson

Knowing his mindset, his hobbies, passions and intrests to visualize his strengths and weaknesses in order to prepare curriculum for him for clearing his doubts and cementing his self belief.

I have worked with 10th, 11th and 12th grade students apart from the training the traineee Engineers and Clerical incumbents.

His teachers shall be able to make good relation with his student and he shall be patient, caring and kind.

he shall have thorough knowledge of the subject and capable of engaging the student.

and most important is dedication to teaching.

Teaching young students is a fun for me as I enjoy imparting education to them.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They shall be very clear in mind before asking any thing and shall share their ideas, doubts freely without any fear.
