About Wylsner

What makes my service stand out is the fact that i use traditonal methods to teach with a modern twist. I will use books, tv shows, and anything you can imagine to make music fun. You defintely wont feel like youre in a classroom !

$40/30min & $60/hr

What makes me excited is seeing students use music in their every day lives and realizing how much of it is around them. Music dosent have to be limitied to not reading and books.

I started teaching during school actually. I would tutor students with theory, & Jazz. A few years aggo i became a piano instructor at guitar center. There, i would teach classical, Jazz, Funk and all sorts of genres to my students.

I have been classicaly trained at school ( University of Massachusetts Boston), as well as Jazz trained. I recently finished my Bachelor of Arts Degree. I use all of the methods taught to me with my students as well. I beleive this is the most effective way to teach.

About the lesson

I would havea consultation session where i ask my student what tpye of music they like, what they would like to learn, and how far they want to take piano lessons.I think its important to see how the students feel abotu music so i can figure out how to give them the best experience possible.

Ive worked with students from ages 5-65. These are students who have never played piano, played & are looking to start over, or people who just want to do it as a hobby.

I would say:

if youre looking for a fun way to make music a useful part of your life, join me and lets see where your musical journey takes you!

I recently played at an " Activating Artivism " event in my city. This event is geared towards highlithing the diferent types of Artists ( musicians, singers, Poets ) in my City. Im fond of if becuase it brouht the whole community together and helped put a positive spark in everyone`s lives during the pandemic.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What do i like about music ?

What am i willing to learn ?

Does this teacher have the tools to teach me ?
