About Don
From private piano lessons in the comfort of your own home (or mine) and yearly recitals/performance opportunities, to quality tuning and repair services, Jensen Piano Services is your answer for all things piano. With over 30 years of teaching experience and 25 years in tuning and repair, there is no one more qualified. Feel free to contact me with questions or to schedule lessons or a tuning.
With 45+ students a week, I love to see each of my students grow in their abilities and their love of the piano. I also love teaching my students how to play by ear, by teaching them theory and ear training, as well as sight reading.
I received my Choral/Vocal Music Education degree with an emphasis on Piano from CSU Fullerton, as well as earning my Teaching Credential in music, K - 12th Grade. After college, I was a church music/choral director/worship leader over the next 12 years. Since then I have been teaching piano as well as tuning/repairing pianos full time. I am a vendor (Piano teacher) for several charter schools and have been a tuner/technician for the Chino Unified School District for many years.
