About Jakob

Hello! My name is Jakob, I have been playing piano for about 11 years, and have 3 years of child care experience as well. My style of teaching will cater towards what type of learner your child is and what style of music they enjoy the most! I will teach kids of all ages who share a desire to start learning the piano/keyboard. I will provide very competitive prices. I am also not a clock watcher, and will go over the lesson time for no extra cost if i feel its best for the student.

Some things your child can learn from me:

-music theory

-reading sheet music

-how to learn by ear as a beginner

-improvising

-composing their own songs!!

-simple versions of their favorite songs

(I can provide sheet music and make arrangements of songs myself)

-pop tunes

-classical music

-video game/TV/Movie music!

Prices start at

$35/half hrs lesson (recommended for younger children)

I will travel to you.

I take venmo, zelle, or cash.
