About Evangelia

For more information you can check out my website @ evangeliasmusicstudio.com

I started teaching when I was working on my Masters. My main goal was to get some experience with teaching. I was blessed with great students that made me fall in love with teaching, so here I am 15 years later :)

Classical piano training for 13 years.
Bachelor of Arts in Music Education
Master of Music in Vocal Performance
10+ years experience in teaching piano and voice

About the lesson

It greatly depends on the individual student, their experience and goals certainly play a big part in creating a plan.

It is a combination of the teacher knowing what they are doing and good 'chemistry'. I've had many teachers, with some I clicked and others I didn't. I learned from all of them but I learned the most from those with whom I clicked. Best of luck of finding the best combination for you!

Watching my student blossom from being timid to singing out in front of an audience and loving it.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Know what you want. Do you want to be able to sing and not get vocally exhausted? Do you want someone to help you learn a song to perform at your friend's wedding, next week? If you know what you want and communicate it, then your teacher can adjust how they teach to match your needs.

I charge $65 for an introduction lesson. At that time we discuss goals and expectations, and work out the right plan and cost.
