About Lindsay
I offer lessons that are uniquely designed to fit each student's individual needs. Do you want to learn classical? Jazz? Fiddle? I can help you!
My passion is teaching. I love the challenge of teaching and communicating in a way that best fits the student. Everyone has a different way of learning. Seeing my students succeed is the best feeling.
I have a BM with emphasis in violin performance and piano. I have over 10 years of teaching experience and am the assistant band director at a local grade school.

With new students the first lessons focus on learning about pitch, clapping and reading rhythms and beginning to read music. We also go over the parts of the instrument and how they work. We then move on to proper positioning and holding of the instrument.
