About Brook
I have been teaching Pilates for over 10 years and am comprehensively certified through Body Arts and Science International (BASI). My clients have ranged from collegiate level athletes preparing for Olympic trials, to those suffering from severe injuries and pathologies. I approach my clients as unique individuals with programs tailored specifically to them. I offer in-studio equipment lessons, in-home lessons, and virtual lessons.
I am passionate about using the Pilates principles to create, fun, engaging, and unexpected movement patterns. Doing so results in increased muscle tone and range of motion, as well as enhanced overall wellness.

Pilates lessons offered by Brook are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Costa Mesa. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
