About Danielle

I am patient and understanding. Getting to where I am now has taken lots of time and hard work. I understand that everyone has things they struggle with and that is okay! I believe together we can figure out a way to surpass these obstacle and get the job done!

I love the field of Neuroscience and Psychology. There is always something new to learn and discover! The best part about it is how much it applies to your everyday life! Neuroscience and Psychology opens a world of possibilies as well as different branches of science as well, from Chemistry, to Biology, to Physiology.

This will be my first time really giving teaching ago. However, I would love to be a professor in the future and make topics like Neuroscience and Psychology fun and easy to learn!

I have a Bacehlor of Science (B.S.) in Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology.

I have worked with middle school aged girls in the exploration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathmatic (STEM) fields.

About the lesson

Taking things one step at a time. Before we begin, I like to know what topics/ concepts students are struggling with, and how much information they are able to provide to me. The next step is to tackle these problems and break them down into bite size, understandable solutions.

I have worked with middle school girls, which I believed ranged from ages 9 to 14.

It is important to find a teacher that works best for you and your style of learning. Having someone who understands what you are struggling with and can fit your needs is important.

A recent event I am fond of is getting to spend time with friends doing an activity we all enjoy.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
It is important to reach out for help when you need it. There is not such thing as a bad question. Even if it is for clariftication, always reach out. I find it is easiest when I write down the things I am unsure about, write down what I understand so far, and then write specific question related to the things I am unsure about.
