I took Brian’s self defense class years ago with my two daughters. I was very happy with the classes and the level of training we received! It was a professional environment, the classes were fun but tough and there were evenings we left so exhausted and sore! It helped me feel better and safe because one of my daughters had just started driving and I was worried about her coming home in the evenings by herself. Plus we met some great people in class that we still consider friends!
